1999 Buick Regal LSSECTION Diagnostic Aids
The following conditions may cause an intermittent:
- Intermittent open in circuit No. 917 (Black wire).
- Poor connections at BCM or RCDLR.
- Internal open in BCM.
- Internal open in RCDLR.
BCM only checks for DTC B1003 when attempting to enable transmitter programming/diagnostic mode. See TRANSMITTER under PROGRAMMING.
