1999 Buick Regal LSSECTION Diagnostic Aids

The following conditions may cause an intermittent:

  • Intermittent open in circuit No. 917 (Black wire).
  • Poor connections at BCM or RCDLR.
  • Internal open in BCM.
  • Internal open in RCDLR.

BCM only checks for DTC B1003 when attempting to enable transmitter programming/diagnostic mode. See TRANSMITTERΒ  under PROGRAMMING.
