- Connect scan tool to DLC.
- Turn ignition to RUN position. At APPLICATION MENU, select "F5" (PERSONALIZATION).
- At PERSONALIZATION MAIN menu, select "F0" (SET OPTIONS).
- At SET OPTIONS MAIN menu select "F2" (VERIFY UNLOCK MODE).
- After reading SETTING OPTIONS screen, select "Done".
- At SET OPTIONS screen use up and down arrow buttons to select desired option
- Select "Activate Options" then select "Save Options".
- Press "Exit" repeatedly until "Application Menu" is viewed.
- Disconnect scan tool from DLC. Verify system operation.
