Driver Temperature Valve Link Adjustment

1. Start vehicle.

2. Set temperature to 32°C (90°F) at heater and A/C control.

3. Set passenger temperature control to full warm.

^ If ambient temperature above 32°C (90°F), disconnect in-vehicle temperature sensor.

^ Allow 45 seconds for air mix valve actuators to move to warm position.

4. Gently pull driver temperature valve link toward programmer until valve hits stop.

5. Push threaded portion of link into slot of driver temperature valve crank.

Passenger Temperature Valve Link Adjustment

1. Pull valve link from retainer on temperature valve.

2. Start vehicle, set temperature to 32°C (90°F).

3. Allow 45 seconds minimum for air mix valve actuator to move output crank to its full hot position. Move temperature valve to its full hot position and snap valve link into retainer on temperature valve.
