Depressing the hidden diagnostic switch will reveal diagnostic codes that identify the condition, open or shorted, of both the in-car and outside air temperature sensors. A "00" code indicates no identifiable sensor or air-mix valve problems at time of test.

When to See a Mechanic
Stop DIY work and contact a certified mechanic immediately if any of the following apply:
