ELC Relay Test
Connect a fused jumper wire at the ELC height sensor connector, between Yellow wire terminal (No. 3) and ground. If compressor begins to run, reconnect connector and refer to SYMPTOM DIAGNOSIS . If compressor does not run, replace ELC relay.
