- Remove air horn and gasket from float bowl. Hold float retainer firmly down. See Fig 1.
- Position a "T" measuring scale over toe of float at a point 3/16" from end of float at toe. Measure distance from float bowl casting to top of float.
- Use the following procedure to adjust float level, if setting varies more than 1/16" from specified setting.
