- Adhere to the utmost cleanliness
- Protect components from contamination e.g. by covering
- Close off line connections with seal plugs
- Thread in the timing chain (1) on the crankshaft (2) and install
- Replace bearing journal (1)

- Insert the guide rail (2) and positionNOTE: TECHNICAL INFORMATION
Clean screw thread - Tighten the bearing journals (1)(TIGHTENING TORQUE SPECIFICATIONS)
Bearing journal to crankcase Replace bearing journal Tightening torque 22 Nm - Insert and install the tensioning rail (1) on the bearing journal (2)
