- 11 42 Oil Filter And Pipes
- 11 42 320 Replace oil spray nozzle (M550i xDrive, 2018-2019)
- Layout of main bearing caps
- Main bearing cap taper screw mounting
- Unscrew the threaded bushing
- Unscrew the collar screws M8
- Release the collar screws M11
- Removing the oil nozzle in the crankcase
- Install the oil nozzle in the crankcase
- Observe the bearing shell classification
- Rotate the threaded support sleeves in reverse
- Main bearing cap/thrust bearing
- Insert the crankshaft with the main bearing cap
- Screw in the collar screws M11
- Securing the collar screws M8
- Installation note for securing collar screws M11
- Secure the threaded support sleeve
- Secure the main bearing taper screw mounting
- Measure the coefficient of friction
- Check the crankshaft side clearance with the special tool
- Check the crankshaft side clearance
