Preliminary workΒ
- Refer to DEACTIVATING THE 48 V ELECTRICAL SYSTEM .
- Refer to DISCONNECTING ALL BATTERY GROUND LEADSΒ .
- Refer to REMOVING RIGHT FOOTWELL TRIM .
- Refer to REMOVING DOOR SILL COVER STRIP, INTERIOR RIGHT .
- Refer to REMOVING THE SIDE TRIM PANEL IN THE FOOTWELL AT THE RIGHT-HAND A-PILLAR .
- Unlock detents (1) and feed out the power distribution box (2) downward.
- Fold the carpet (1) to the side.
- Loosen the detents (2).
- Guide cover (3) out in arrow direction.
- Unlock all plug connections and disconnect.
- Release detent (1).
- Feed the BDC control unit (2) out of the bracket in direction of arrow (3).
