- Release the self-tapping screws in the areas (1) and rivet connectors in the area (2)NOTE: TECHNICAL INFORMATION
For additional information see: OPENING BONDED CONNECTIONS . - Heat the bonded connections in the areas (1) and (2) and release them
Do not damage the aluminum spring support and carrier support in the process!
- Perform the separating cut (1) as shown
Do not damage aluminum spring support (2) in the process!
- Remove the engine mount section (3)
- Loosen welded connections in areas (1)
- Release the self-tapping screws in the area (2)
- Heat the bonded connection in the area (2) and release it
- Remove reinforcement (3)
- Carry out separating cuts (1) as shown and separate the engine mount (2) in sections
- Release the rivet connectors in the areas (3)
- Heat the bonded connections in the areas (3) and release them
- Heat the bonded connection in the area (1) and release it
- Release the self-tapping screws in the areas (1)
- Heat the bonded connections in the areas (1) and release them and remove the engine mount (2)
