Removing The Engine Mount Connection Of The Left Side Frame

- Open the welded connections in areas (1) with a file belt sander.
- Open the welded connections in areas (1) to (3) with a file belt sander.
- Note that the wheel well plate is not removed and is reused.
Release the welded connections so that joining via MAG welding can take place during the installation.
- Remove the welded connections in area (1) and remove the connecting plate (2) .
- Release welded connections in areas (3) .
- Release welded connections in areas (1) .
- Release the welded connections in areas (1) and remove the connecting plate (2) .
- Remove the outer panel in area (1)
with the file belt sander.
Release the welded connections in areas (2) and remove the connecting plate (3) .
- Open welded connections in area (1) .
- Remove the welded connections in area (1) and remove the reinforcement plate (2) .
