Necessary preliminary tasks:Β
- E72 Only:Β Remove both negative battery cables
- Clamp off BATTERY NEGATIVE LEAD
- Remove TRIM PANEL FOR PEDAL ASSEMBLY
Disconnect plug connection (1).
Unlock catch (2) in direction of arrow and pull out control unit (3) towards bottom.
Replacement:Β
Carry out VEHICLE PROGRAMMING AND ENCODING .
