12 14 522 Replacing pulse sensor on left intake camshaft (S63 B44 T 0)
(cylinder bank 5 to 8)Β
Necessary preliminary tasks:Β
- Read out fault memory of the DME control unit, work through test plans if necessary.
- Switch off ignition.
- Remove left INTAKE FILTER HOUSING
Partially release wiring harness if necessary.
Unlock connector (1) and remove.
Release screw (2).
Tightening torque 13 62 3AZ .
Remove pulse generator (3).
Installation note:Β
Replace sealing ring and coat with lubricant.
