Not possible to connect SAP mobile phone

  • Mobile phone compatibility check - Check of Bluetooth status at mobile phone and on rear phone - Check entered SAP PIN (refer to instruction manual)

The SAP mobile phone is not automatically reconnected when the ignition is switched on

  • Determine whether automatic reconnection is activated on the mobile phone Activation (for instance: Nokia): Menu/Settings/Connections/Bluetooth/Linked devices/"GSM-SIA"/Options/Settings/Activate automatic activation without confirmation

Sporadic interruptions in Bluetooth connection

If links to the vehicle, mobile phone or handset have been activated then the Bluetooth link must be disconnected to allow activation of a new link, this simply reflects the current technology

No link to the vehicle or handset is possible

  • Can only be connected if the SAP mobile phone is connected/SIM card is inserted - Entry of correct Bluetooth passkey (printed on obverse of snap-in adapter) - Reset Bluetooth passkey to factory setting: Maintain pressure on the rear phone's Bluetooth button until the red LED starts to flash
