13 71 000 Removing and installing/replacing intake silencer housing (N52T)
Necessary preliminary work:Β
- Read out fault memory of DME control unit
- Turn off ignition
- Remove left TRAILING LINK
Release clamp (1).
Tightening torque 13 71 2AZ .
Unlock plug (2) on air-mass sensor and disconnect.
Release screw (1).
Tightening torque 13 71 3AZ .
Lift out intake silencer housing.
Installation note:Β
Make sure intake silencer housing is correctly seated on stop buffer at bottom.
Make sure intake port (3) is correctly seated.
Only when replacing intake silencer housing, convert AIR-MASS METERΒ .
