Special tools required:Β 

IMPORTANT: Read and comply with notes on protection against electrostatic damage (ESD PROTECTION)Β .

Necessary preliminary tasks:Β 

Carefully lever driver assist system (1) out with special tool 00 9 317 .

Disconnect plug connection behind and remove driver assistance system (1).

Installation note:Β 

Make sure driver assistance system (1) is correctly seated.
