12 63 520 Replacing DME master relay (N54T)
Necessary preliminary tasks:Β
- Switch off ignition
- Open E box, refer to REPLACING CONTROL UNITΒ .
Arrangement:
- Remove DME master relay.
Notes on troubleshooting:Β
If the starter motor cranks the engine during the starting sequence but the engine fails to fire, then:
- Check engine fuses
- If the fuses have blown, replace them completely with the fuse holder
- Find out why fuses have blown
Continue troubleshooting as per DIS instructions.
