52 26 .. Removing and Installing/Replacing Left Or Right Easy Entry Bowden Cable
Necessary preliminary tasks:Β
- Remove backrest cover. See 52 26 411 Replacing Backrest Cover For Left Rear SeatΒ or 52 26 412 Replacing Backrest Cover For Right Rear SeatΒ .
- Removing seat fabric. See 52 26 400 Replacing Seat Cover For Left & Right RearΒ .
Unclip Bowden cable sleeve.
Feed Bowden cable nipple out of actuating mechanism.
Unclip Bowden cable sleeve.
Feed Bowden cable nipple out of release unit.
Cut open cable tie (1).
Installation:Β
If necessary, replace faulty cable ties (1).
Unclip Bowden cable from metal retainer.
Feed Bowden cable out of seat backrest frame.
