Necessary preliminary tasks:Β 

Unfasten screws.

Remove eccentric shaft sensor (1).

Installation:Β 

Read out fault memory of control unit of Digital Motor Electronics (DME).

Check stored fault messages.

Rectify faults.

Now clear the fault memory.
