Necessary preliminary tasks:
- Read fault memory.
- Disconnect negative battery cable
- Remove electronics box fan
- Remove distribution box (passenger compartment) Replacing Distribution Box (Passenger Compartment)
- Release control unit holder; if necessary, release CD changer
Release screws (arrows) behind sound insulation.
Disconnect wiring harness on engine compartment side on right.
Remove electronics box.
Installation Note:
Make sure gasket (1) is correctly seated on electronics box.
Read fault memory.
