Necessary preliminary tasks:
- Remove front door trim panel Removing and Installing Front Left or Right Door Trim Panel (Long Version or From 03/07)
Remove sheathing from wiring harness (1).
Disconnect cables.
Connect both cables with butt connector 61 13 ... Butt Connector For Repairing A Plug Connection.
Insulate wiring harness with insulating tape.
