- 00 0 202 00 0 200 Cross Member
- 00 0 204 00 0 200 Cross Member
- 00 0 208 00 0 200 Cross Member
- 11 0 020 11 0 020 Engine Hoist for Removing and Installing Engines

Danger of injury!
Observe following instructions relating to special tool:
1. Prior to each use, check the special tools for defects, modifications and operational reliability.
2. Damaged/modified special tools must not be used!
3. No changes or modifications may be made to the special tools!
4. Keep special tools dry, clean and free of grease.
Necessary preliminary tasks:
- Secure engine bonnet/hood in service position Procedures
- Remove both intake filter housings
- Remove tension strut on spring strut dome 51 71 373 - Removing and installing/replacing tension strut on spring strut dome
Assemble transverse member 00 0 200 00 0 200 Cross Member with special tools 00 0 202 00 0 200 Cross Member, 00 0 204 00 0 200 Cross Member, 00 0 208 00 0 200 Cross Member.
Important!
Avoid a change of engine position in the transversal or longitudinal direction.
Always make sure there is sufficient clearance between the engine (or its attachment parts) and the body.
Important!
Risk of damage!
Position transverse member 00 0 200 00 0 200 Cross Member with a 2nd person helping by way of rests (1) on bolt connections of side panels.
Secure special tool 11 0 020 11 0 020 Engine Hoist for Removing and Installing Engines to spindle 00 0 202 00 0 200 Cross Member.
Attach suitable chains to special tool 11 0 020 11 0 020 Engine Hoist for Removing and Installing Engines and suspend from both engine suspension eyes (2).
Warning!
Danger of injury!
Tighten down all adjusting screws and nuts on transverse member 00 0 200 00 0 200 Cross Member.
Unscrew nuts (1).
Raise engine approx. 10 mm with transverse member.
Installation Note:
Replace self-locking nuts.
Tightening torque 22 11 2AZ Procedures.
