51 71 040 - Removing and installing/replacing front left or right wheel arch cover
Important!
Risk of mixing up
Make sure the various screws are fitted in the correct locations.
Necessary preliminary tasks:
- If necessary, remove left/right front wheel Removing or Installing Front or Rear Wheel
Release screws (1) and (3).
Unscrew nuts (2).
Release screws (6).
If necessary, release screws (7).
If necessary, release expander rivets (4).
Carefully feed out front wheel arch cover (5) towards top.
Installation Note:
Make sure front wheel arch trim is correctly seated.
Replacement:
Right side only:
If necessary, modify bottom right wheel arch trim Removing and Installing/Replacing Front Bottom Right Wheel Arch Trim.
