- To install, reverse removal procedures.
- When attaching control module to hydraulic unit, use NEW micro-encapsulated screws. Tighten to specification. See TORQUE SPECIFICATIONSΒ .
- Check rubber mount (1) for correct seating. Replace damaged rubber mount. See Fig 1.
- Ensure rubber grommet is correctly seated when installing brake lines. Tighten brake lines to specification. See TORQUE SPECIFICATIONSΒ .
- When installing vacuum line and B+ line, ensure rubber grommets are correctly seated.
- Using Diagnosis Information System (DIS) Tester, perform function test on ABS/ASC+T hydraulic unit. For procedure, refer to DIS instructions.
- Bleed brakes. See BASIC BLEEDING PROCEDURES .
