Unscrew bolts (1).

CAUTION: Before drilling out rivet heads, drive in rivet pins with a punch.
Drill out rivet connections (2).

Installation: 

Tightening Torque. Refer to TRAILERS - TIGHTENING TORQUES - ALPINA .
