66 20 508 Removing and Installing (Replacing) Control Unit (Park Distance Control)
Necessary preliminary tasks:Β
- Remove flap in right luggage compartment wheel arch trim.Β See 51 47 172 REMOVING AND INSTALLING/REPLACING FLAP IN LUGGAGE COMPARTMENT TRIM, LEFT OR RIGHT
Disconnect plug connections (1).
Unlock catch (2) in direction of arrow and pull out control unit (3) towards top.
Replacement:Β
Using BMW scan tool, carry out coding/programming.
Observe following IDC specifications:
- Programming
- Coding
- Car & Key Memory
- CD "CIP"
