Kick-Down Switch

The EGS control module receives the signal for kick-down shifts via a line and a switch to ground. The switch must be adjusted such as to enable driving under full load, i.e. 100% accelerator pedal position and the kick-down shift only takes place when the accelerator pedal is further pressed.
