SUBJECT:
Coding Problems V9.01/V9.02

MODELS:
E31, E32, E34

Situation:
Version 9.01 and Version 9.02 (soon to be released) may exhibit problems when attempting to code the below listed systems:

Model Module/System Software #
E31 EKM 9.6
E32/E34 Instrument Cluster 1.00/1.01

Correction:
Until Coding Version 10.0 is ready for distribution, the above instrument clusters may be coded in the following fashion:

^ Remove the coding plug from the vehicle (problem vehicle).

^ Place the 1.0/1.01 coding plug in a Software # 0.97 or 0.99 cluster and code it.

^ Remove the coding plug from the 0.97 or 0.99 cluster and place it in the original vehicle.

If an EKM Control Module needs to be coded, a pre-coded module must be ordered.
