Installing replacement transmission (A5S 560Z, A5S 440Z)
Remove transmission, refer to Removal/Installation.
Caution: Always flush oil cooler and lines before installing a replacement transmission.
Fit transport holder (1) for torque converter on the old transmission.
Fit following parts from old transmission on the new transmission:
(2) Shift lever
(3) Bracket for cable
Retaining clips for oxygen sensor cable
Convert impulse sensor on the converter bell housing and adjust, refer to Powertrain Management.
