HEATER VALVE, REPLACING
The heater valve is located in the rear of the engine compartment on the driver's side.
- Drain engine coolant.
- Disconnect coolant hoses from heater valve (arrows).
- Disconnect hose from auxiliary coolant pump. See Auxiliary coolant pump, replacing. Service and Repair
- Disconnect harness connector (B) and coolant hose (C). Remove mounting nuts (A) from heater valve. Lift out heater valve together with auxiliary coolant pump.
- Separate auxiliary coolant pump from heater valve.
- Installation is reverse of removal. Fill and bleed cooling system.
