- Remove shorting connectors from passenger-side air bag connector (if equipped) and SRS main harness connector. Reconnect passenger-side air bag connector (if equipped) to SRS main harness connector. Reinstall glove box.
- Remove shorting connectors from driver-side air bag connector and from clockspring connector. Reconnect driver-side air bag connector to clockspring connector. Attach shorting connector to access panel. Reinstall access panel.
- Remove shorting connectors from seat belt pretensioners. Attach shorting connectors to their holders. Reconnect side harness connector to right pretensioner.
- Reconnect main wire harness to left pretensioner. Reinstall quarter trim panel. Reconnect battery. Check SRS indicator light to verify system functions properly. See SYSTEM OPERATION CHECK .
