Disabling System (Vigor)
Turn ignition off. Wait at least 3 minutes to allow capacitor in back-up circuit to discharge. Disconnect battery cables. Remove access panel from under air bag. Remove Red shorting connector. Unplug connector between air bag and clockspring. Connect Red shorting connector to air bag side of connector.
