The Vehicle Identification Number (VIN) is stamped on the right hand side of the heater bulkhead and also on an adhesive label located inside the left front door opening. The number is also stamped on a metal strip that is fastened to the dash adjacent to the middle of the windshield. In an effort to deter theft, VIN number is stamped on body, engine and transmission components.
