The following uses will lead to damage on the universal joint bushings and steering column mounts.
- Transporting the clamping lever -arrow A- leads to damage on the steering column -1-.
- Bending the joints over 90° -arrow C-.
Correct handling and transport of steering column
- Transport the steering column -1- with two hands.
- Grab the steering column -1- on the upper column tube -arrow B- and in the area of the universal joint -arrow C-.
