Side Panel Trim, Removing And Installing: Installing
Install in reverse order of removal and note the following:
- The vehicle and the trim must be at room temperature.
- The adhesive surfaces must be free of dirt and grease.
-- Remove the adhesive residue from the body.
-- Clean the painted side of the adhesive surface with Cleaning Solution: D 009 401 04Β and let dry.
-- Remove the protective film -1- from the adhesive tape -3-.
-- Position the fender trim -2- under the pin on the fender -arrows-.
-- Push the fender trim on the fender until it engages.
- Resting time approximately 30 minutes at room temperature
