Comfort System Central Control Module (J393)

- If the control module was replaced, select the "Replace" function for the respective control module in "Guided Fault Finding" or "Guided Functions" operating mode of the Vehicle Diagnostic Tester.

Removing






- Remove the luggage compartment rear trim panel..

- Open the tabs - arrows - and remove the comfort system central control module - 4 -.

- Disconnect the connectors - 1 - and - 3 -.

- Carefully pull the fuse - 8 - and disconnect the antenna connector - 7 -.

- Disconnect the connectors - 2, 5 and 6 -.

- To disconnect electrical connector, press catch - 1 -, turn retaining bracket in - direction of arrow - and remove connector.






Installing

Install in reverse order of removal. Note the following:

- Install the luggage compartment rear trim panel..
