Connecting Rod Bearing Cap:
Always Replace
Tighten 45 Nm + 90°

Measuring Radial Clearance:
Use old bolt to measure radial play
Position the connecting rod bearing cap and tighten it to 30 Nm without tightening it further; do not turn the crankshaft.

Radial clearance:
New 0,02 to 0,06 mm
Wear limit 0,09 mm

Bearing Shells Axial play:
new 0.10 to 0.35 mm
Wear limit 0.40 mm
