Additional Maintenance Items

Perform at 35, 000 miles (55, 000 km) in addition to major maintenance service and thereafter every 40, 000 miles (60, 000 km).

• Ribbed V-belt and tensioner - Check condition and replace if necessary (Audi Q7 3.6L, A8 6.0L, and R8 only).
• Air cleaner - Clean the housing and replace the filter element (Audi A8 6.0L only).
• Fuel filter - Replace (Audi Q7 3.0L TDI only)
• Haldex clutch - Change oil (Audi A3 and TT only).
• Continuously variable transmission (multitronic™) - Change ATF.
• DSG/S tronic - Change oil and replace filter element (Audi A3 and TT only).
• Power steering fluid - Check fluid level.
• Front axle - Check for excessive play. Check dust seals on ball joints and tie rod ends.
• Brake discs - Check thickness.
• Lights - Check all lights. Check headlight adjustment (Audi A3, A4 Cabriolet, S4, A6, S6, A8, and S8 only).
• Lights - Check all lights via instrument cluster. Check license plate light from the rear of the vehicle (Audi Q7, A4 (B8 only), S4, Audi Q5, TT, A5, S5, and R8 only).
• Interior lights - Check all interior lights, glove box compartment illumination, control lights, and MMI (if applicable).
• Doors - Lubricate door check straps and hood latch (except Audi A8 and S8).
• Front sunroof drains (where applicable) - Open sunroof to check front water drain and clean if necessary.
• Plenum panel - Remove cover for plenum panel to check water drains and clean if necessary. (except A3 & Q5)
• Spark plugs - Replace* (Audi A3 3.2L, TT 3.2L, TTS, Audi A4 2.0L TFSI (engine code CAEB) and A8 6.0L only).

Perform at 55, 000 miles (85, 000 km) in addition to major maintenance service and thereafter every 60, 000 miles (90, 000 km). 

• Air cleaner - Clean the housing and replace the filter element (except Audi Q7 4.2L, and A8 6.0L).
• Spark plugs - Replace* (except Audi A3 3.2L, TT 3.2L, TTS, Audi A4 2.0L TFSI (engine code CAEB) and A8 6.0L).

Perform at 75, 000 miles (115, 000 km) in addition to major maintenance service and thereafter every 80, 000 miles (120, 000 km)  .

• Ribbed V-belt - Replace only the V-belt for the compressor drive (3.0 TFSI only)
• Front sunroof drains (where applicable) - Open sunroof to check front water drain and clean if necessary.
• Plenum panel - Remove cover for plenum panel to check water drains and clean if necessary. (except A3 & Q5)
• Spark plugs - Replace* (Audi A3 3.2L, TT 3.2L, TTS, Audi A4 2.0L TFSI (engine code CAEB) and A8 6.0L only).

Perform at 110, 000 miles (175, 000 km)  :

• Timing belt - Replace. Check condition of timing belt tensioning system, dampening pulleys, and idler pulleys and replace if necessary (Audi TT 2.0T with front wheel drive, A4 Cabriolet 2.0T, and TTS only).

Perform at 125, 000 miles (200, 000 km) in addition to minor maintenance service and thereafter every 20, 000 miles (30, 000 km). 

• Diesel Particle Filter (DPF) - Check ash content within the DPF. The DPF needs to be replaced with an ash content greater than or equal to.46 liters (Audi Q7 3.0L TDI only)
