  1. Fuel Delivery Unit
  2. Threaded Ring
  3. Seal
    • Replace
    • Install dry
  4. Union Nut
    • 120 Nm
    • Replace
    • Use fuel tank sender unit tool T40068A for loosening and tightening
  5. Fuel Line
    • To the engine
    • Do not kink
    • To remove from locking flange, press release button
    • Clipped to the fuel tank
  6. Connector
    • For the transfer fuel pump -G6- and fuel level sensor -G-
  7. Connector
    • For the Fuel Pump (FP) control module -J538-
  8. Spring Nut
  9. Fuel Pump (FP) Control Module -J538-
  10. Bolt
    • 2.5 Nm
  11. Connector
    • For fuel level sensor 2 -G169-
  12. Vent Line
    • To the EVAP canister
    • Do not kink
    • To remove from locking flange, press release button
    • Clipped to the fuel tank
  13. Union Nut
    • 120 Nm
    • Replace
    • Use fuel tank sender unit tool T40068A for loosening and tightening
  14. Seal
    • Replace
    • Install dry
  15. Threaded Ring
  16. Locking Flange
    • With the fuel level sensor 2 -G169-
  17. Vent Line
    • To remove from locking flange, press release button
    • Clipped to the fuel tank
  18. Vent Line
    • To remove from locking flange, press release button
    • Clipped to the fuel tank
  19. Fuel Level Sensor 2 -G169-
  20. Suction Line
    • Removing and installing, refer to SUCTION LINE 
    • Fill the fuel tank with at least 5 liters of fuel after installing
  21. Connector
    • For fuel level sensor 2 -G169-
  22. Fuel Level Sensor -G-

-- Tighten bolts -arrows- to 1.5 Nm.
