  • Hose Clip Pliers VAS 6340

Checking Selector Lever Cable 

-- Press the button and move the selector lever forward approximately 5 mm out of P and hold it there. Do not move it into R.

-- Release selector lever.

  • Selector lever must jump back to position P on its own

-- Adjust the selector lever if necessary ADJUSTING SELECTOR LEVER CABLE .

-- Move the selector lever into N.

-- Press the button and move the selector lever forward approximately 5 mm out of N and hold it there. Do not move it into D.

-- Release selector lever.

  • Selector lever must jump back to position N on its own

-- Adjust the selector lever if necessary ADJUSTING SELECTOR LEVER CABLE .

-- Press the button and move the selector lever forward approximately 5 mm out of N and hold it there. Do not move it into R.

-- Release selector lever.

  • Selector lever must jump back to position N on its own

-- Adjust the selector lever if necessary ADJUSTING SELECTOR LEVER CABLE .

-- Refer to SELECTOR MECHANISM, CHECKING .
