Front Coolant Pipe: Installing

Install in reverse order of removal. Note the following:

Tightening Specifications:Β 

NOTE:

Replace the gaskets and O-rings.

Secure all hose connections with hose clamps appropriate for the model, refer to parts. .

-- Clean or smooth O-rings sealing surface before installing.

-- Coat the sealing rings and O-rings with coolant and then mount them on the coolant pipe.

-- Install the left coolant pipes. Refer to LEFT COOLANT PIPESΒ .

-- Install A/C compressor. Refer to COMPRESSOR WITH PULLEY, REMOVING AND INSTALLING AT BRACKET .

-- Install the vacuum pump. Refer to VACUUM PUMP .

-- Install the left front coolant pipes. Refer to LEFT FRONT COOLANT PIPESΒ .

-- Install the ribbed belt. Refer to RIBBED BELT .

-- Fill with coolant, refer to FILLINGΒ .
