Clutch "B": Notes
Special tools and workshop equipment required
- Assembly Jig T10276
- Pre-Tensioning Tool T10285
- Vacuum Diaphragm T10285/1
- Plate T10295
- Dial Gauge 0-3 mm VAS 6080
- Measuring Bar VW 382/7
Disassembling
-- Remove the locking ring -1- and the toothed plate pack -2- from the cylinder "B".
-- Press plate spring down under shop press using T10276.
-- Remove the two-piece ring -1-.
-- Take the pressure off of the shop press.
-- Remove the plate spring -2- from the cylinder "B" -1-.
-- Rotate the cylinder "C".
