Front Coolant Pipe: Installing
- Tightening specifications, refer to COOLANT PUMP, COOLANT THERMOSTAT AND CONNECTING PIECE OVERVIEWΒ and COOLANT PIPES OVERVIEWΒ .
Installation is in reverse order of removal, note the following:
Replace sealing rings.
Secure all hose connections with hose clamps appropriate for the model. Refer to parts.
-- Clean and smooth the gasket sealing surfaces.
-- Coat the gaskets with coolant and slide them onto the coolant pipe.
-- Install the brake booster vacuum pump. Refer to BRAKE BOOSTER/BRAKE MASTER CYLINDER ASSEMBLY, OVERVIEW .
-- Install ribbed belt. Refer to RIBBED BELT .
-- Fill with coolant, refer to FILLINGΒ and CHECK COOLANT LEVELΒ .
