Selector Mechanism Function Unit Connectors, Checking
Before maintenance or checking the connections, the cause of the damage should be determined through the Guided Fault FindingΒ using a vehicle tester.
Before inspection of the connections, all control devices in the vehicle should be checked for entries on their event log, if applicable, errors should be repaired, see vehicle tester.
-- Checking the connections refer to appropriate SYSTEM WIRING DIAGRAM.
A - 10-pin connector for connection wires from the selector mechanism function unit to the transmission (with CAN bus lines)
B - 4-pin connector to shift lock solenoid -N110- and Selector Lever Park Position Lock Switch -F319-
C - 10-pin connector for selector mechanism cover
