CONDITION
The radio code for Generation 2+ radios (Chorus, Concert, Symphony) cannot be retrieved from the FAZIT database.
TECHNICAL BACKGROUND
The serial number was incorrectly entered.
PRODUCTION SOLUTION
Not applicable.
SERVICE
When entering the serial number to obtain the radio code, please be sure that the seventh digit is a letter, not a number.
Example: AUZ1Z418535592 is incorrect. The seventh digit (underlined) is the number "1" when it should be the upper case letter "I" as in the word Iowa (not "L" as in Louisiana).
