CONDITION

The radio code for Generation 2+ radios (Chorus, Concert, Symphony) cannot be retrieved from the FAZIT database.

TECHNICAL BACKGROUND

The serial number was incorrectly entered.

PRODUCTION SOLUTION

Not applicable.

SERVICE

When entering the serial number to obtain the radio code, please be sure that the seventh digit is a letter, not a number.

Example:  AUZ1Z418535592 is incorrect. The seventh digit (underlined) is the number "1" when it should be the upper case letter "I" as in the word Iowa (not "L" as in Louisiana).
