Engine/transmission, fastening
Cylinder head
Use new cylinder head bolts and tighten by hand
Intake manifold
1st step 5 Nm
2nd step 9 Nm
3rd step 9 Nm
Camshaft guild frame
Tighten the guide frame bolts by hand evenly in the sequence 1 through 24
Fasten guide frame bolts in sequence 24 to 1 until they stop
Exhaust manifold
- Pre-tighten the nuts in the sequence - 1 to 6 - to 20 Nm.
- Pre-tighten the nuts in the sequence - 1 to 6 - to 30 Nm.
Guide frame-main bearings
Connecting rod bolt 40 Nm plus 120°
Vibration Damper
Oil Pump 8 Nm plus 90°
Dual Mass Flywheel
Coolant pump to housing 9 Nm
Coolant pump to oil pan 9 Nm
