  • Support T10283

-- Place the tower "II" into T10283.

  • The ATF pump side faces down.

-- Remove the circlip -arrow-.

-- Remove the clutch disc "C" -2- from the clutch "A" -1-.

-- Remove the clutch disc "A" -3- from the clutch "A" -1- and then remove the clutch "E" -2-.

-- Turn the clutch disc "A" -1-.

-- Insert a screwdriver through one of the holes in the side of the clutch disc "A" and unclip the axial needle bearing -2-.

-- Remove the clutch disc "E" -5- with the intermediate shaft from the clutch "E" -3-.

-- Remove the axial needle bearing -4- from the clutch "E" -3-.

-- Remove the clutch "E" -3- from the clutch "A" -1-.

-- Remove the axial needle bearing -2- from the clutch "E" -3-.

NOTE:

Use a scriber to unclip the axial needle bearing, if necessary.

-- Place the clutch "A" and the planetary carrier "I" on the work bench.

-- Bend open the 6 tabs -1- on the locking plate -2-.

-- Turn the locking plate -5- approximately 30Β° clockwise and remove it.

-- Remove the planetary carrier "I" -4-.

-- Remove the sun gear "II" -2- and axial needle bearing -3-.

-- Remove the axial needle bearing -3- from the sun gear "II" -2-.
