TPMS Reminder Reset - Procedure 09

2005 Audi A6 3.2 TSECTION TPMS Reminder Reset - Procedure 09
NOTE: This procedure DOES NOT require the use of the Vehicle Diagnosis, Testing and Information System (VAS) scan tool.
  1. Ensure air pressure in all tires (including spare tire) is properly adjusted to specification.
  2. On the windshield wiper lever, push the RESET button (Fig 1) until the menu shown in in the illustration is displayed. See Fig 2.
  3. Push the rocker switch at the end of the lever to select the "SET" option.
  4. Push RESET button.
  5. Push the rocker switch to select the "Tire Pressue" option.
  6. Push RESET button.
  7. Push the rocker switch to select the "Wheel Change" option.
  8. Push the REST button to confirm wheel change.
  9. The message "Wheel sensors are being initialized. This may take a few minutes."
  10. Hold down the REST button to return to beginning of menu.
