Lower Oil Pan, Tightening Specifications and Sequence

-- Replace the bolts for the lower oil pan section -1-.-- Tighten the bolts in 2 stages in a diagonal sequence as follows:-- Pre-tighten to 5 Nm.-- Tighten an additional 90Β°.

Upper Oil Pan, Tightening Specifications and Sequence

-- Tighten the upper oil pan bolts -1 through 6- diagonally to 5 Nm.

-- Tighten the lower timing chain cover bolts -2 through 4- starting from the inside and working outward to 5 Nm.
