Special tools and equipment
^ T 40002 Level regulating tool
Test requirements:
^ Vehicle in unladen state (at curb-weight)
^ Proper tire pressures (refer to inflation pressure label)
^ Correct tread depth (set 1 mm less for each 1 mm of wear)
^ Wait until control procedure has been completed (observe compressor run)
^ Measure height of vehicle at relevant points (production intake points) relative to ground
Note test requirements when measuring axle In vehicles with level control (1BG)
Basic setting must be performed if the level control sensor, the entire unit or the control module is replaced.
